Especially in the design process, early functional integration into tolerancing in compliance with GPS standards is important and can help to avoid unnecessarily long tolerance chains and thus so-called "anxiety tolerances".

Often, individual parts are manufactured externally and subsequently the part cannot be assembled, even though the manufacturing company or in-house production has assured compliance with all tolerances. We have individual parts measured independently and then compare them with the provided drawing. Finally, we can generate measures aimed at the desired functional state of the individual part or assembly.
