In the mentoring program "WoMentYou" (Head: Karla Kebsch, Equal Opportunities and Women's Representative of the TU Chemnitz) for junior professors, habilitation candidates, habilitated scientists and postdocs, ten female scientists who were part of the second "season" of the program were bid farewell on September 28, 2022. The mentoring program provides targeted support for female scientists in their career planning and prepares them for leadership roles in the science system. The program is funded by the Professors' Program III of the German federal and state governments. Throughout the program, participants attended workshops tailored to their individual needs. In addition, the participants also took advantage of individual coaching sessions. Prof. Dr. Julia Krause (pictured), holder of the Chair of International Industrial Sourcing and Sales at HTW Dresden and former mentee of the mentoring program, gave a technical lecture before the scientists were officially discharged with the presentation of their certificates.

More information is available on the website of "WoMentYou".
