Mentoring at the Centre for Equal Opportunities
With the mentoring programme „WoMentYou – With Mentoring to Success“ which is another equality promoting measure implemented by the TU Chemnitz, the “leaky pipeline” and with that, the consistent decline of women holding an executive position is aimed to be actively prevented.
Female Professor and beyond!
This programme aims to support and promote the career development of female scientist that want to pursue a professorship or an executive position on science and research.
On their career development path, they will be accompanied by successful, established and highly regarded mentors. Throughout the programme, the participants receive the opportunity to reach their full potential, to expand their competencies in career-relevant workshops, accumulate new experiences and to build a supportive network within the scientific community.
