Public guided tours through the University Library
The University Library is open to all! Thus, all interested persons are welcome to participate in our regular public guided tours. The respective meeting point is at the foyer of the building (ground floor). Please use the main entrance opposite the omnibus station for getting there.
Experience the University Library during a guided tour through the building: Explore the spaces, plunge into the history of the building, get to know how and where you may register (free of charges) as user of the University Library and which variety of services and usage opportunities are provided for you.
Please note that the public guided tours are currently all in German.
Due to organizational reasons, we would be very grateful, if you could register for a guided tour before. You may do this very fast and conventiently by our registration form for the respective date or you may send us an email or you may call us (0371-531-13180).
In addition to those fixed dates on each last wednesday a month, there is still the option of booking guided tours with flexible dates (and also in English) upon request (min./max. number of persons 10/20). Please make use of the aforementioned email-address or phone number for this purpose as well. You are also welcome to visit our building without guided tour.
We are looking forward to welcoming you!
