Important Deadlines - AMSC24

Note: Due to the tight timeline of the Review Process, deadlines for paper or review submission cannot be postponed, and late submissions will not be accepted.

The submission and registration period starts on 1 March 2024. The deadline for Submission of Conference Paper is 20 May 2024.

The Peer-Review process for papers will begin the following day, 21 May 2024. Reviews must be submitted by 26 May 2024, allowing the Scientific Committee to complete their Master-Reviews by 9 June 2024.

Participants will receive feedback on their submissions immediately after the review deadline. Authors will be informed of the acceptance status or be invited to revise their paper.

The revised version of the paper must be submitted by 14 June 2024. The final decision on acceptance will be communicated by 17 June 2024.

The conference is scheduled for two days, on 27 and 28 June 2024. The schedule of presentations will be announced after the Submission of Conference Paper deadline. Please note that the schedule may undergo slight changes until 24 June 2024.

A get-together event will be held on the TU campus after the final presentation on the afternoon of 28 June 2024 for all participants present on-site.

The proceedings will be made available online shortly after the conference.
