Advanced Manufacturing Student Conference – AMSC24

we are thrilled to announce the Fourth Edition of the Advanced Manufacturing Students Conference (AMSC24), set for June 27th and 28th, 2024.

Proudly organised by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Chemnitz University of Technology, AMSC24 adapts to the global landscape with fully digital presentations, fostering active contributions from students worldwide.

Continuing our tradition, we warmly invite students from diverse universities to present their literature review paper at AMSC24. This year is particularly exciting as students from meta4.0 join us. Meta4.0, an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master, spans across renowned universities in France, Slovenia, Norway, Germany, and Italy, empowering students in Manufacturing 4.0.

AMSC24 serves as an educational platform, nurturing research skills in Engineering Sciences. Participants are encouraged to submit review papers and present findings, gaining invaluable experience for skill enhancement and scientific research publication. Beyond this, AMSC24 offers a comprehensive overview of Advanced Manufacturing and acts as a networking hub for early-career professionals.

For those participants who are on-site in Chemnitz on June 28th, join us for a get-together event on the TU Chemnitz campus.

Conference papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings (ISSN 2748-9337) providing unrestricted access. This allows your work to be found, widely shared, downloaded, copied, cited and linked by any user.

Integral to the conference is the Peer Review process, where each participant commits to reviewing two papers. Instructions and templates can be found in the Review Section.

Outstanding submissions for oral presentation may be eligible for prizes, recognizing achievements in both Best Paper and Best Presentation categories.
