Summer party in the Erfenschlag part of the university

On 20 June 2018, the WOT professorship celebrated its third joint summer party with the IWW and IBF institutes based at the site. In addition to the WOT professorship, the IWW also includes the two neighbouring professorships PVW (Professorship of Composites and Material Composites) and LWW (Chair of Materials Science). The Institute of Industrial Engineering and Factory Systems IBF is formed by the Professorships of Factory Planning and Factory Operation as well as Labour Science and Innovation Management. The start-up network of Chemnitz University of Technology „Saxeed“ were invited as guests. The centrepiece of the party was the now almost traditional volleyball tournament. Teams from all professorships and guests competed against each other. This year, the WOT professorship took second place.
