Welcome!
The 2026 International Symposium on Epitaxial Graphene will take place from 21st to 24th of September 2026 at TU Chemnitz, Germany. The aim of the symposium is to bring together scientists from the field of epitaxial graphene on silicon carbide and from related research areas in 2D materials in order to discuss aspects such as growth and structure, electronic and vibronic properties, characterization, electronic transport, intercalation-driven proximity coupling and heterostructure formation as well as potential applications from experimental and theoretical point of view.
Invited Speakers:
- Pantelis Bampoulis (University of Twente, Enschede, The Netherlands)
- Giorgio Benedek (University of Milano-Bicocca, Italy)
- Kirill Bolotin (Free University of Berlin, Germany)
