Abstract submission is independent of conference registration! This means that if you have submitted an abstract you still have to register using the link provided in the menue to the left or by following this link.
Important:
The underlying PHP program was written by non-experts. Although care has been taken to hande errors, it is necessary that you follow each step carefulls in order to avoid unforeseen error. If you nevertheless excperience errors, please notify Thomas Seyller by Email.
Abstract template:
It is required that you download and use the abstract template for preparing your abstract. The abstract template is available in different formats:
- Template as MS Word document (.docx)
- Template as MS Word 97-2003 document (.doc)
- Template as OpenDocument text document (.odt)
- Template as Rich-Text-Format document (.rtf)
Use the format that suits you most. After finishing the preparation of your abstract, save your abstract in PDF format with a file name that includes the name of the presenting author. For example, if the presenting author is Bob Miller, then save the abstract under Miller_Bob.pdf. A maximum of two contrbutions is allowed for one presenter (one oral contribution + one poster). In this case, please include a number in the file name (e.g. Miller_Bob_1.pdf and Miller_Bob_2.pdf). The abstract can be uploaded only in PDF format and the maximum file size is 5MB.
