For Participants from outside TU Chemnitz:

As of 01.06.2026, late registration is effective.

1. Fill out the form below and answer the question at the end. After clicking the submit-button, your input will be checked for consistency. An email will be generated and sent to the organizers as well as to you for your record.

2. An invoice will be issued and send to the email address provided by you. Payment of the conference fee will be possible by bank transfer. Please use the bank information provided in the invoice. Please allow for a few days for issuing the invoice.

Conference Fee All participants are required to pay the Regular Conference Fee. Elegible for the reduced student fee are students in Bachelor, Master or PhD programs.
