Kamenica Musica: Development of a self-sufficient listening station for use on a music hiking trail

Music (hi)stories should be brought to life in public spaces. Together with partners from other European countries and guests of the Capital of Culture, we want to showcase Chemnitz music and connections to neighboring countries. A walking and cycling path between the Altchemnitz terminus and Falkeplatz through the city park is to become a musical walk. From the confluence of the Würschnitz and Zwönitz rivers to Chemnitz to the Weltecho, stations will be set up to make this path even more interesting. Musical activities in the cultural region will be presented with information boards and a loudspeaker that can be used to listen to pieces of music at the touch of a button.
