We are excited to invite you to the upcoming EDL WiSe25 Research Colloquium Talks!

We aim to offer a platform to share insights, explore new ideas, and engage in stimulating discussions across various fields of linguistics and language research. These presentations are an excellent way to enrich your own research and/or studies and are particularly helpful for students about to start writing their BA, MA, or PhD theses. Whether you are a student, faculty member, or an external researcher, we warmly encourage your participation!

This term’s lineup is highly diverse and relevant, covering everything from AI research and social media studies to the anthropology of language, plus many other engaging presentations throughout the end-of-term EDL conference.

We have made the decision to host this event exclusively online via Zoom this term so as to maximize our global reach. This ensures maximum accessibility and allows researchers, students, and enthusiasts from anywhere in the world to participate virtually.
