“I do not regard research and junior researchers separated from teaching and students”, says Prof. Jörn Ihlemann, Vice President for Research and Junior Researchers at Chemnitz University of Technology. In the newest episode of TUCtalk, Ihlemann talks among other things about the balance between the professorship on the one hand and the vice presidency on the other hand, the importance of third-party funds for the university, and his personal preference for future research projects for the coming years.
