LeBChi - Investigation of the lifetime of fuel cells and BoP components based on real hydrogen/air quality measurements in China
Present Research Project
Investigation of the Lifespan of Fuel Cells and Balance of Performance (BoP) Components Based on Real-World Hydrogen/Air Quality Measurements in China (LeBChi)
Motivation and Objectives:
- Data collection from the application environment of fuel cells (FCVs) regarding hydrogen and air quality in China
- Establishment of a hydrogen and air quality assessment system
- Investigation of the influence of hydrogen and air quality on the lifespan of fuel cells
- Investigation of the influence of BoP components on air quality and the derivation of filter measures and filter elements
- Identification of approaches to extend the lifespan of fuel cell systems
