Comparative European Governance Systems
Comparative studies of national political systems are becoming increasingly important in the field of political science. The Chair Comparative European Governance Systems compares the development of national political systems, as well as economic and social models, in the wider European context. A special emphasis is put on the analysis of the interaction between key institutional actors, including economic actors and civil society groups. The Chair is very focused on examining current and practical issues, which is reflected by its interdisciplinary and impact-orientated research approach, in addition to its existing ERASMUS exchange cooperations.
