About

David Tominski has been a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Professorship of Media Communication at Chemnitz University of Technology since January 2026. Prior to this, he completed a master's degree in Digital Media and Communication Cultures (M.A.) at Chemnitz University of Technology, during which time he also worked as a research assistant at the Professorship of Media Communication. In his master's thesis, he examined the persuasive effect of humorous appeals in the form of memes in mental health communication for young men.
