Adam Sajbura's second research stay at the WOT

His work centres on the alloy and powder production of austenitic manganese steels and AISI 316L. Together with Randy Rößler, he investigated at the Amazemet rePOWDER -The ultrasonic atomisation system uses various process parameters to produce sprayable and printable powder materials.

The powders produced are then characterised in terms of their morphology and chemical composition in order to evaluate their suitability as filler materials for 3D printing using selective laser melting and for thermal spraying. The results obtained form a valuable basis for the application-oriented development of customised powder materials.

We would like to thank Mr Sajbura for the successful collaboration and look forward to continuing the scientific exchange!
