Deutschlandstipendium at the TU Chemnitz
The Germany Scholarship is a nationwide support programme that assists high-achieving and committed students at German universities. It provides students with €300 per month, regardless of their social background, with half of the funding coming from the federal government and half from private sponsors. In addition to financial relief, the Germany Scholarship opens up a wide range of opportunities: scholarship holders benefit from non-material support, the establishment of valuable networks and early contact with companies, foundations and social actors. In this way, the scholarship not only supports academic success, but also personal and professional development.
The online application portal is closed. Applications are expected to be possible again in June 2027.
For the second selection round, shortlisted applicants will be notified personally by the respective faculty or the ZLB no later than July 24, 2026, and, if applicable, asked to submit additional documents via email by August 7, 2026 (date of receipt). Rejection notices will also be sent out accordingly.
