An Unforgettable Summer Evening Event

The 2nd TUCsommernacht on June 2, 2018 offers entertainment and student-friendly prices

On June 2nd, 2018, Chemnitz University’s second annual TUCsommernacht will be held. The event, which debuted in 2017, is set to begin at 6:00 pm in the Böttcher Building courtyard (Straße der Nationen 62). Chemnitz University members are invited to attend the event as well as citizens of Chemnitz and the surrounding region. TUCsommernacht is sure to be an unforgettable evening featuring music, entertainment and a range of culinary offerings.

The evening’s entertainment includes various dance and musical performances on two stages. There will also be various food and drink stands available to guests, including a wine lounge, a cocktail bar from the “WindKanal” student club, various food trucks and stands with wraps, burgers, currywurst, grilled food and snacks. The Studentenwerk Chemnitz-Zwickau’s “Laugenhütte” will also offer food at student-friendly prices. In addition, many stands will offer free samples including ice cream, smoothies or the green TUCbrause drink.

The ticket pre-sale has already begun: tickets are €7.50 standard or €3.00 reduced (for students and apprentices).
