Get involved in „Social Entrepreneurship“
Summer School “Social Entrepreneurship – Sozial gründen” for curious and inventive people, explorers, visionaries, doer, and maker begins on June 6, 2017
How can social challenges be approached in an entrepreneurial way and positively contribute to the shaping of the future? How do I acquire partners and finance a project? The participants of the Summer School “Social Entrepreneurship – Sozial gründen” will be able to pursue those and many more questions on June 6, 2017. Over the time span of five days, 15 participants get the opportunity to immerse into the world of “Social Entrepreneurship” by acquiring knowledge on specific methods and instruments, and profiting from personal experiences of successful social entrepreneurs. From generating ideas to business model development and an overview on questions on financing a “Social Start-up” – a well-founded base of each of these topics is ensured. An excursion to the Social Impact Lab Leipzig on the last day of the program is sure to become a favorite highlight.
Theoretical basics, direct relation to practical work, learning from various perspectives, active involvement in work groups, establishing contacts, diversity, interaction and a lot of fun are on the agenda. The Summer School is aimed towards students, postdocs, research associates and alumni of universities in Saxony and takes place in the SAXEED-location Chemnitz.
