Children's meeting
Creativity, fun and games as well as healthy nutrition in a relaxed atmosphere are the focus of the children's meeting. In addition, parents have the opportunity to exchange ideas with each other.
The events take place in the family area of the dining hall in the Reichenhainer Straße 55 refectory. All children of students and employees of the TU Chemnitz as well as employees of the Studentenwerk aged 3 to 8 years are cordially invited. The children's meeting starts at 4.30 pm and ends around 6 pm.

Traditionally, our walking event "Chemnitz Families on the Move" takes place again in cooperation with the
Children and Youth Commissioner of the City of Chemnitz. Once again, the whole family can get active in the
Küchwald. Various walking and exercise stations invite you to join in.

Families with children up to 10 years
No registration is required.
This year, all children can exhibit their own pictures in the Peace Gallery in the Küchwald. Every child can
create their experiences and ideas on the topic of peace. The pictures can be handed in at the family service
until 16/09/2022.
As every year, there will be a surprise for all children after the walk and all creative children will receive a
prize.
