Orientation Phase 2021 Information

Hello dear freshmen,

We will conduct our yearly orientation phase for new students in the week between 04.10.2021 and 08.10.2021!

Important:

You may have not received your matriculation documents yet. If this is the case, please registrate with your private e-mail and let us know that you are missing your documents.

Due to the corona virus many events will be held digitally. All relevant information, links and login data will be provided in time. Feel free to contact us, if you are not able to participate due to technical reasons.

You may find the hygiene concept for events in presence here (only in german). The concept will be anounced at the start of each event. We request you to follow these rules and hope for your understanding.
Our hygiene concept requiers a recent (24h) negetive corona test for participation in non-digital events (even if you are vaccinated or have recovered from an infection of the corona virus). Please also concider the hygiene concept of the TU Chemnitz (only in german).You can find test locations in the Corona-FAQ of the university.

Please be awere that the city and campus tours will mostly take place outside. Please dress accordingly (it may be cold and rainy) and take some drinks and snacks with you if needed.

Timetable:

The timetable may change on short notice. Both of the introductory lectures are very helpful for a smooth entry into your studies. We recomend participation in these events.
