• Processing takes 1–3 business days after your request is received.
• A letter can only be issued after your conference registration is complete and payment is confirmed.
• We can only address the letter to the traveler whose name appears on the registration. Third-party requests are not accepted.
• The letter confirms your participation in IWIS 2026 (Chemnitz, Germany, September 24–25, 2026) and is issued for visa support purposes only.
• We do not guarantee visa approval and are not responsible for embassy decisions.
