Welcome & News
Welcome to the website of the Junior Professorship in European Management!
With our main research activities, we aim to explore resilience from a managerial and organizational perspective. Motivated by the current challenges of the health care system, we are currently examining the resilience of and in health care organizations. In this context, we focus in particular on the digital resilience of hospitals. In addition, we investigate the institutional handling of domestic and sexualized violence, especially in connection with date-rape drugs. For more information, please see our current research projects.
Apart from our research, our teaching activities focus on the critical, methodologically reflective and transdisciplinary discussion of organizations and management in theory and practice. Within the framework of the BA courses of the European Studies, we impart knowledge in empirical social research, international management, and organizational research.
