What does OER mean? defined by UNESCO

Open Educational Resources (OER) are educational materials of any kind and in any medium published under an open license.

Such an open license allows free access and free use, editing and redistribution by others without or with minor restrictions.

Open Educational Resources may include individual materials as well as complete courses or books.

Any medium can be used. Curricula, course materials, textbooks, streaming videos, multimedia applications, podcasts - all these resources are OER when published under an open license.

Audacity Free, open source program for editing audio files. It is intuitive to use, which is why it is often used in courses and seminars. GPLv2
H5P With H5P you can easily create interactive elements and exercises via the browser, which you can later integrate into your own website or online course. The prerequisite is that the digital location is html5-capable. H5P also offers free plugins for the integration of the created works into moodle, Wordpress or Drupal CC-BY
