Research activity

Lisa Winter earned her doctorate in 2020 in the field of fatigue strength and mean stress sensitivity of severely plastically deformed aluminium alloys with an anodic and plasma electrolytic oxide coating.

Her main research fields are:

• Fatigue and crack propagation of metallic materials
• Mechanical and microstructural characterization
• Heat treatment and severe plastic deformation
• Functionalisation of material surface
