• Wear path s: 718 - 4300 m
• Test time: 0.5 - 30 min

Testing system:

• Sample dimensions: 40 x 20 x 15 mm or diameter 40 mm, h: 10 mm
• Counterbody: Rubberised steel wheel
• Abrasive material: Silica sand (SiO 2 ) with grain size 125 - 450 µm
• Delivery rate: 250 - 350 g/min

Evaluation sizes:

• Weight or volume difference
• Measurement of the wear track ( Touch probe , 3-D profilometer )
