Research Focus Areas
The research focus areas of the professorship lie in basic and applied research in the fields of emotion and motivation psychology. We pay special attention to their biopsychological correlates, such as heart rate variability, polysomnography, and the real-time location of spatial movement behavior. Another main focus is developmental psychology issues with an applied relevance to education and teaching. Specific research topics are:
