Application for a user account at the computer centre

Employees and students will get ther account autmatically. No further action is required.
Based on the official letter 33/2015, requests of all other users are proceeded online.

for the refund of remaining money after an de-registration or the termination of employment at TUC
Please, refrain from the refund of small amounts (< 5€), due to administrative reasons.
Smaller amounts (< 5€) can for instance be rebooked to a commilitone's account.

for hardware that has been purchased by the URZ
please, print out the form, fill in requested data and supply it together with the hardware that has to be repaired
