Going abroad with Erasmus+ - Apply between now and 31 March 2020!

The Erasmus+ semester abroad application for winter semester 2020/21 and summer semester 2021 is open until 31 March 2020

The Erasmus+ Programme brings students to exciting places all over Europe. Chemnitz University of Technology's Erasmus+ partnerships covers more than 200 partnerships in over 32 countries, from Scandinavia to the Mediterranean.

No matter what the destination: Those who would like to go abroad for a study stay during winter semester 2020/21 or summer semester 2021 within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme should apply now at their study department for their place in the exchange programme. After that, students have until 31 March 2020 to hand in their application for programme participation (including financial funding). Applications should be handed in to the International Office (IUZ) of Chemnitz University of Technology. More information is available online.

Erasmus+ funding covers many aspects of a term abroad

The Erasmus+ Programme offers many advantages - from the possibility for financial
funding and a tuition fee waiver, to the recognition of credits and achievements, as well as organisational support and assistance. "Besides individual counseling and a wealth of information, we offer preparational meetings and intercultural training, as well as the preparing of necessary documents. We stay in touch with our partner universities and are always available in case of questions. Our students rate their stays very positively," says Oliver Sachs, Erasmus+ Coordinator at the International Office (IUZ) of Chemnitz University of Technology.
