International Days – Information about going abroad!

On November 9 and 10, 2022 the International Office of Chemnitz University of Technology is organizing International Days on studying abroad together with national and international guests

If you are planning a semester or internship abroad for the winter semester 2023/24, for example, or would like to find out about the possibility of a stay abroad in general, the "International Days" of the International Office of Chemnitz University of Technology is just the right place for you. The hybrid event will take place on November 9 and 10, 2022. On both days, you can get information at the IUZ information stand in the foyer of the Central Lecture Hall and Seminar Building („Orangery”) and also visit online info sessions online.

This time, the International Office has invited a Taiwanese partner university, among others, to present its courses and its location. The Leonardo Office Saxony, agencies such as the International Education Centre (IEC) and GOstraliaGOmerica! as well as the Studentenwerk Chemnitz-Zwickau will again offer online information sessions on topics such as internships abroad, semesters abroad, and the so-called Auslands-BAföG.

"We are pleased to be able to offer advice in person at our information stand again for this year's edition of this popular information format. We will once again offer all students a wide range of information on the topic of studying abroad," says Oliver Sachs, Erasmus+ Coordinator at the IUZ. "We want to point out once again that a stay abroad during your studies is a great experience and we are looking forward to the interest of the students," continues Sachs.

The program of the "International Days" can be found on the IUZ website and in the University's calendar of events. All events are bundled in this webroom: www.mytuc.org/yrzs
