Go Abroad Fair – inform online about stays abroad!

From November 9 until 11, 2021 the International Office of Chemnitz University of Technology is organizing a virtual information fair on studying abroad together with national and international guests

Even during the Corona pandemic, the funding programmes and scholarships abroad such as Erasmus+ and PROMOS remain open to all students. So if you are planning a semester abroad, e.g. for the winter semester 2022/23, or perhaps just want to get some general information about studying abroad, the second edition of the virtual "Go Abroad Fair" of the International Office from November 9 until 11, 2021is just right for you.

This time, the International Office has invited guests from partner universities in South Korea, Spain and the Czech Republic, among others, who will present their universities. In addition to the International Office, Leonardo Büro Sachsen, agencies such as the International Education Centre (IEC) and GOstralia! as well as the Studentenwerk Chemnitz-Zwickau will again offer online information events on topics such as internships abroad, semesters abroad and BAföG abroad.

"After our first virtual Go Abroad Fair in November 2020 was so well received, we are looking forward to continuing it this year. In doing so, we will once again offer all students versatile and interesting information on the topic of studying abroad," says Oliver Sachs, Erasmus Coordinator at the IUZ. "We want to make it clear once again that stays abroad are possible even in times of a pandemic and we are looking forward to the interest of the students," continues Sachs.

The program of the virtual Go Abroad Fair can be found on the IUZ website and in the university's calendar of events. All events will be offered in this webroom: www.mytuc.org/yrzs
