Get involved

The development of ROLL-I is intended to be closely guided by the experiences of those for whom accessible mobility is particularly important in everyday life. That is why we are actively involving wheelchair users, people with reduced mobility, and partners from local communities, associations and organizations in the project.

We plan to conduct interviews, workshops, field studies and prototype testing. The aim is to gain a better understanding of the requirements for effective route planning: What information is needed whilst on the move? Which obstacles pose particular challenges in everyday life? And how must an application be designed to ensure it is easy to understand, useful and accessible to use?

There are various ways to get involved: as a study participant, by providing expert feedback, as a partner organization, or by helping to reach out to interested individuals. All studies are carefully prepared; data protection, voluntary participation and transparent information are of the utmost importance. Would you like to find out more or get involved?
