Providing students with the skills they need to find a job, and to succeed in their job, is the main task of us as teachers. All courses are oriented towards system and process thinking. Students are thus enabled to perceive problems holistically and develop solutions efficiently. It is more important that students understand the underlying structure and principles of a concept than that they can repeat its definitions.
