We advocate the realization of the fundamental right for equality and equal opportunity of women and men within the whole faculty. Basis of our work is the Sächsische Hochschulfreiheitsgesetz (Sächs. HSFG), the Saxon law for the advancement of women and compatibility of family and career in public service, and the equality program of TU Chemnitz.
