As part of a project work, students independently develop a solution to a research question from the field of automation technology, robotics, or control engineering in groups. Regular seminars serve to facilitate the exchange between the student groups and supervisors, as well as to impart interdisciplinary content.

Students are able to independently solve an engineering research task in teamwork, and to document, analyze, and present the results. They possess knowledge and skills in the areas of scientific research, scientific writing, sustainability, and adherence to ethical principles.
