Call for Papers & Posters
You are welcome to give a 15-minute talk or present a poster at the IMTC. In both cases, you must first submit an abstract. After a successful Abstract Review, you may submit a full paper. All accepted papers, which are peer reviewed by the Conference Committee, will be published in the Open Access Journal ″Technologies for Lightweight Structures″. Abstracts (2 pages) and papers (8 pages) must meet the requirements of the templates.

Guidlines
- Please note that the deadline for upload of your poster is November 22, 2021.
- Electronic posters will be accepted in PDF format ONLY.
- Posters must be in A0 format.
- The file size of the PDF should not exceed 200 MB (once converted into PDF).
- Please do not set password security on your PDF file.
- The minimum resolution of the graphs should be 300 dpi.

Upload Presentation
Guidlines
- Please note, that the deadline for upload of your presentation is November 22, 2021. You are kindly requested to respect this deadline since our technical team will have to review all presentations to check if they are all working flawlessly and this requires some time. We cannot guarantee a technical check for presentations received after this deadline and cannot take any liability for any technical issues related to a late upload.
- Presentations will be accepted in PPT or PDF format ONLY.
- Aspect ratio of your presentation must be 16:9.
- Please do not use special fonts which are not part of the standard PowerPoint package, as this may cause problems while uploading your file.
- Please do not use any passwords, encryption or protection for your presentation.
- Please do not use any video or audio files in your presentation, as this may cause technical problems while streaming your presentation.
