On June 3, Prof. Dr. Torsten Heinrich, Dean of Studies of the Master's program in Economics (accredited in 2023), presented the program to numerous prospective and current students. Interested attendees were able to learn about the program's content and structure, study-abroad options, student initiatives, and opportunities for pursuing a doctorate after graduation. Prof. Heinrich also provided an overview of the economics-related career fields in the Bachelor's program in Business Administration and Economics, pathways for transitioning to the Master's in Economics, and career opportunities with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Following the information event, the annual barbecue party of the Master's program in Economics took place in front of the faculty building in perfect weather. Alongside the developing alumni network and other, partly student-led, initiatives, the barbecue party plays a central role in the program's integration and community.
