| Course description |
This seminar builds on the lecture “Aktuelle Führungstheorien und -konzepte”. Within the seminar students will reflect on new concepts and research findings concerning major challenges within the field of Leadership and Management studies.
Two to four students will build a group and prepare an oral presentation on the assigned topic. Furthermore, students are asked to present a co-statement on another topic.
The opening session will take place in fall 2023. The presentations will be held in January and February 2024. In the meantime, the students have the opportunity to consult the lecturer. |
