Level A1
Courses 1 and 2 of the programme aim at the comprehension of familiar expressions and simple sentences in every-day life situations. Simple phrases and sentences are communicated, and simple questions in personal and every-day life contexts as well as intercultural aspects are dealt with.
The languages used in class are German and Arabic. A sufficient level of German is required for the participation in these courses.
Students with prior knowledge of Arabic are requested to contact the instructor before the start of the semester, so that they can be tested and placed appropriately.
