Proceedings - Call for Papers

As announced at the Chemnitz Finite Element Symposium 2017 in Strobl,
we will edit the collection

Advanced Finite Element Methods with Applications -
Proceedings of the 30th Chemnitz FEM Symposium 2017

which will be published by Springer. It is intended as a volume in
the book series 'Lecture Notes in Computational Science and Engineering',
http://www.springer.com/series/3527

All participants of the 2017 Symposium are invited to contribute with
an article of 10 to 20 pages length. Submitted papers need not conform
identically to what was presented at the conference; titles and
authoring may change. The proceedings should meet traditional standards
for originality and quality, within the limitations of length.
All papers will be refereed. Please indicate by January 15, 2018,
whether or not you will make a contribution, and in the positive case
an estimation of its length. All corresponding authors will be sent
a complimentary copy of this book upon publication.

The papers should be prepared according to the Instructions for the
Authors which can be found on our web page
    https://dokumente.unibw.de/pub/bscw.cgi/10754107
where authors can also download the corresponding style files.
Please start reading with readme.txt and follow the requests.
The papers should be sent electronically (as pdf-file) to
Thomas Apel <thomas.apel@unibw.de>.
Deadline for the submission is April 8, 2018. The plan is to have
accepted papers by end of August.

We look foward to your submissions and wish you all the best for the new year!
