Successful international networking of a university with strong co-operation partners from all over the world is based on a great variety of success factors. Besides high-performing research and teaching, a strong international orientation as well as a variety of active and intensively cultivated personal contacts of the professors with their colleagues around the globe the international marketing of a university counts among the most important components for the sustainable enhancement of its international reputation and global awareness.
Basically, there are two types of international university fairs with a little different focus point: on the one hand the Education Fairs which serve mainly for the recruitment of additional international students and scientists, on the other the Networking Fairs which are primarily designed for the establishment of new relationships with high-performing partners from all over the world.
