Projects
To promote women in STEM-based subjects, the female STEM-scientist council has initiated the following projects, that in 2014 were first successfully implemented.
ISINA
From the 14 to the 15 March 2016, the Interdisciplinary Symposium for female engineers and natural scientist ISINA took place for the third time under the patronage of professor Olfa Kanoun (Professorship for Professorship of Electrical Measurements and Sensor Technology) and the Central Equality Commissioner, Dipl.Päd. Karla Kebsch. This event caters to field-specific and interdisciplinary exchange between the natural sciences and technical field. Top-level female experts from science, research and economy can connect and network with each other and build up cooperation. Innovative idea finding, becoming more creative and the pursuit of new (research) paths are part of the technical and specific discourse and exchange of the interdisciplinary symposium.
