You can use the following forms to submit applications in reference to your studies. Acrobat-Reader is required to use the documents. The forms can be filled out by computer before printing. Required information about the processing of personal data can be found in the data protection declaration.

Request for cancellation of an examination according to the Senate resolution of 20.04.2021 and 03.11.2020


The possibility of submitting an application does not release the university from the obligation to send you notifications regarding modules that have not been passed or that have not been passed for good. Therefore, please inquire regularly about your grades and apply for cancellation as early as possible.


Application forms are to be submitted filled and signed by one of the following options:

  • By e-Mail to zpa@tu-chemnitz.de
  • By dropping into one of the examination office’s letter boxes (Reichenhainer Str. 70 in the area of examination office or Straße der Nationen 62 in the area of student service)
  • By post (address: Technische Universität Chemnitz * Zentrales Prüfungsamt * 09107 Chemnitz)
