| Course description | The aim of the seminar is to earn new knowledge about current topics, applications and research results in knowledge and competence management and human resource development. The seminar focuses on the interplay of knowledge management and human resource management by providing scientific contributions to solve concrete practical problems and exploring roles and functions to support organizational goals. Students choose a topic from selected research areas and research questions. Every student has to present including discussion and to write a term paper. The language of instruction is English. | |
