Data Privacy
The processing of personal information, as well as data privacy as a whole, is regulated by various laws:
- EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung
- Sächsisches Hochschulfreiheitsgesetz (§ 9, 14)
- Sächsische Hochschulpersonendatenverordnung
- Evaulationsordnung der TU Chemnitz
Processing personal information transparently and in accordance with data privacy regulations is very important to Studienerfolg Pro. Please carefully read the data privacy statement before participating in the survey.
The personal information that is given to and stored in TUCpanel will not be passed on to third parties and will explicitly remain with Studienerfolg Pro. Protecting personal information is a high priority: it is not possible to trace answers back to individual participants. Survey participation is voluntary, and evaluation and publication of survey results are handled anonymously.
You can object to the processing of your personal information by TUCpanel at any time, as well as exercise rights given to you under the DSGVO (see data privacy statement). In this case, please contact us at TUCpanel@tu-chemnitz.de. Objecting to the processing of personal information only applies to future surveys and evaluations. Results that have already been evaluated and published cannot be changed after the fact.
Participating international students have the opportunity to give their separate consent to the processing of their personal information by TUCpanel for the purpose of research by the Professorship of Intercultural Communication at Chemnitz University of Technology (see data privacy statement). This consent can be withdrawn at any time without consequences. In this case, please contact us at TUCpanel@tu-chemnitz.de. Revoking consent only applies to future surveys and evaluations. Results that have already been evaluated and published cannot be changed after the fact.
