Satellite session of ISEG ICFSI-18
ISEG

The International Symposium on Epitaxial Graphene (ISEG) focuses on the advancement of epitaxial graphene (EG) on silicon carbide—a leading 2D material renowned for its exceptional electronic, magnetic, and optical properties. Over the years, a dynamic research community has driven significant progress in EG-based applications across electronics, sensing, and quantum metrology.
Advanced epitaxial growth techniques further enhance EG’s capabilities, enabling precise tuning of its properties through intercalation, adsorption, and proximity coupling. These approaches pave the way for the creation of novel 2D interface structures and engineered quantum phenomena.
As part of the 18th ICSFI conference, a satellite session of ISEG will highlight the latest developments in graphene research and its integration with other 2D materials.
