Calibration and modellation of a fisheye camera

Fisheye cameras have several advantages over traditional pinhole cameras. They have a wider field of view and thus are very useful for applications in computer vision. However, they have a strong distortion and a hard to describe projection/unprojection model. The task of this thesis is:

1. Do a literature survey on available models and chose a suitable one.
2. Implement the chosen projection model in C++
3. Calibrate a fisheye camera to extract necessary parameters.
4. Test and document your work.
