Press Office and Crossmedia
The Press Office is structurally incorporated into the President’s Office of the Chemnitz University of Technology. We are responsible for media relations and the reporting of university press releases, press meetings, expert recruiting, and media evaluation. On behalf of the University President, we issue the monthly newsletter “TUCinside” and in quarterly periods the information letter “TUCdialog” and newsletter “TUCnetwork”.
On the internet we publish, among other things, “Uni aktuell”-reports, the digital media digest, and inform news portals such as the “Informationsdienst Wissenschaft” about university news. We also keep in touch with our fans and followers via social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. The Press Office works in close cooperation with the University Communications department.
