Specifications:
- Maximum force: 3 N (force resolution up to 1 × 10-5 N.)
- Maximum stretch: 2 mm
- Test length: 5…30 mm
- Train speeds from 0.1 to 20 μm/s
- Force measurement via frequency change of a pre-tensioned vibrating string
- Path measurement with differential transformer (LVDT)
- Clamping for fiber samples by gluing them in ceramic tubes
- Fibers from approx. 2,5 μm…25 μm in diameter possible
- Heating of the fiber possible
- Testing in a protective gas atmosphere
